The microteaching experience

I have really enjoyed all the mini-lessons the past three classes. I learned a lot from doing one myself especially after doing one for my chemistry course as well. I felt I was able to build on my prior experience to do a few things differently in my teaching style in the biology lesson. I also learned a variety of different teaching strategies from watching all the other lessons and get a lot of great ideas for teaching specific topics and for teaching in general which was really valuable. I appreciated that you made the effort to talk to each group after their lesson to give both positive feedback and constructive criticism, especially as we are not being graded on our own lessons and therefore your verbal feedback was the only assessmentwe would get from you. Overall, a definitely positive and very beneficial experience.
